Shipping
We ship all our orders either via DPD or DHL Express.

These guys are good, they ship just about any where in the world and you have a choice of services.

– Standard usually takes 2-3 working days. 

– Express Orders before 2pm cut-off delivered the following working day, often before 12am 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on buy now orders when the value of the order is over €125 in Ireland, £100 in the UK and over €250 for EU orders!

This does not apply to any orders whereby there is a subscription product included in the cart as these products are already discounted. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking code.

Taxes & Duties
If ordering from outside of the EU, taxes and duties may be requested by your local government.  Orders are currently shipped from Ireland where taxes are charged on the basis of Delivered at Place(DAP) meaning the consignee has to pay the charges to clear their parcels for delivery.

The GOOD NEWS is that we have dedicated sites for the UK and US market and we are setting up shop in AUS shortly so that you can avail of faster, more competitive shipping and no additional surprises.

Pre-Orders
We're accepting Pre-orders for stock that is on the way to us. Pre-order products will be shipped out as soon as we get them. Like most businesses we've been hit hard buy the global supply chain bottlenecks, covid delays and container shortages. The estimated date on the product page is the most up-to-date date we have for shipping out these products. Thank you for your continued patience.
