"Trip to Ireland" Giveaway — Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1.Sponsor

The Seed Golf × Marooch "Trip to Ireland" Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Seed Golf, Enterprise & Research Incubation Campus, Institute of Technology Carlow, Kilkenny Road, Carlow, R93 T210, Ireland ("Sponsor"), with prize fulfillment support from Green Golf Ball and COBRA Golf ("Prize Partners").

2.Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of:

  • The United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, New York, and Florida.
  • The United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
  • The Republic of Ireland.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, the Prize Partners, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to enter.

Void in Rhode Island, New York, Florida, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

3.Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

4.How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Limit one (1) email entry per person and one (1) video entry per person, regardless of method.

Method 1 — Email entry (1 entry)

During the Promotion Period, visit the giveaway landing page on seedgolfusa.com and submit the entry form with a valid email address.

Method 2 — Video entry (10 bonus entries)

Complete Method 1, then upload a short video of your golf swing through the same form. A valid Method 2 submission grants the entrant ten (10) bonus entries in addition to the one (1) email entry, for a total of eleven (11) entries.

All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or contain false or inaccurate information will be void.

5.Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

  • A seven (7) night golf trip to Ireland for the winner and one (1) guest, departing on or about August 29, 2026 and returning on or about September 5, 2026, including:
    • Round-trip economy-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from a major international airport nearest the winner's residence (subject to availability) to a major international airport in Ireland.
    • Six (6) rounds of golf at: Carne Golf Links, County Sligo Golf Club (Rosses Point), Enniscrone Golf Club, Donegal Golf Club (Murvagh), Narin & Portnoo Links, and Portsalon Golf Club.
    • Seven (7) nights of pre-arranged accommodation.
    • Private executive coach transportation throughout the trip in Ireland.
    • Curated dining and traditional pub experiences.
    • Marooch as host for the duration of the trip.
  • A COBRA Golf prize pack of in-line stock product, fulfilled by COBRA Golf or its designated representative within four (4) weeks of winner verification. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500+.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $7,000 USD. Actual retail value may vary based on date of travel, point of departure, and seat availability.

Airfare is round-trip economy class only. Class upgrades, baggage fees beyond standard allowance, seat selection fees, in-flight purchases, and any costs incurred to travel to or from the winner's home and the departure airport are not included. Winner and guest are responsible for valid passports, any required travel visas, travel insurance, gratuities, personal expenses, and any costs not specifically listed above.

The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or exchanged in whole or in part except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion of it) with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize as described cannot be awarded for any reason.

6.Method 2 Bonus (Swing Feedback)

Independent of the Grand Prize drawing, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select Method 2 entrants to receive personalized swing feedback from Marooch and a custom Marooch × Seed branded golf ball. This selection is non-binding, non-transferable, and does not constitute a separate prize for purposes of these Official Rules.

7.Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about May 29, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligible status, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8.Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, local, and other taxes (including income taxes) on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent for non-US winners) reflecting the ARV of the prize.

UK and Ireland winners should consult a qualified tax advisor regarding any local tax implications. Sponsor makes no representation about the tax treatment of the prize in any jurisdiction.

9.Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any medium worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

UK and EU/EEA entrants: you may withhold publicity consent at the time of winner verification without affecting eligibility, in accordance with UK GDPR / EU GDPR. Sponsor will not use your likeness without explicit, freely-given consent.

10.Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Partners, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to:

  • any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry;
  • unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion;
  • electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries;
  • injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at seedgolfusa.com/policies/privacy-policy.

For UK and EU/EEA entrants, Sponsor is the data controller. Entrants have rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of their personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].

12.General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by:

  • For US residents: the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].
  • For UK residents: the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
  • For Republic of Ireland residents: the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.Winner List / Requests

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Seed Golf — Marooch Giveaway Winner Request, Enterprise & Research Incubation Campus, Institute of Technology Carlow, Kilkenny Road, Carlow, R93 T210, Ireland, to be received no later than sixty (60) days after the Promotion Period ends.

Entrants may also request the winner name by email to info@seedgolf.com within the same window; postage is not required.
