Head of Product & Brand Marketing – NEW 

OVERVIEW

The Head of Product & Brand will demonstrate a market-driven ethos inspired by a deep understanding of our customer and coupled with an ability to translate this information into data-driven and compelling product solutions and proposals.

The strategic thinking of the Head of Product & Brand needs to be balanced by an equal commercial focus and an ability to lead the development and deployment of products and marketing campaigns inclusive of; product branding, consumer segmentation, product positioning, and product messaging.

The Head of Product & Brand works collaboratively with internal team members, directors and investors, as well as external partners. This is for the purpose of developing clear, concise, and effective communication that will facilitate cooperation between internal functions and drive differentiated product marketing strategies that leverage strong consumer, market and competitive data.

Your core responsibilities:

Leadership Role: You will play a leadership role for the product marketing department, to ensure the functions are executed efficiently and effectively.

Technology: Technology plays a big role our customers’ lives and technological methods of marketing are fast replacing traditional methods, not only becoming more popular but also more effective. Social Media Marketing has grown to become a widely accepted practice in today’s product markets.

As Head of Product & Brand, you will be tasked with leading and overseeing digital marketing strategies in order to maximize and enhance the business’s consumer reach, CAQ, CRC, LTV, customer engagement, and satisfaction.

Strategy: The Head of Product & Brand leads the marketing department in the development of the product’s competitive differentiation, product positioning, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies, to ensure that all departments adhere to a unified market-driven strategic path.

At this capacity, the Head of Product & Brand is also responsible for overseeing creation of market collateral, developing marketing metrics and systematic approaches for obtaining comprehensive consumer, market, and competitive analyses that support strategic organizational decisions and product marketing tactics.

Collaboration: As Head of Product & Brand you will also be tasked with collaborating with company directors in the performance of these functions. Your task is the creation and development of a team that facilitates effective marketing strategies, consumer materials, messaging, and sales communications.

At this capacity, you will also charged with establishing effective relationships with cross-functional partners in order to drive commercially effective, timely, and on-time product strategies, product budgets, and product launches. The Head of Product & Brand will also collaborates with the team on the identification, quantification, and assessment of external-partner opportunities that will drive accelerated product growth through product and commercial capability innovations.

The Head of Product & Brand will proceed to work with the investors and approved external partners in building relevant marketing content for the various demographic audiences as well as in the creation of different marketing formats for these demographics.

Consumer Relations: As the head of marketing, it is absolutely imperative that the Head of Product & Brand sufficiently understands the consumer. In order to do this, you have to make direct contact with the consumers and understand their trends and behaviors. At this capacity you will strive to ensure that the unmet consumer and market needs drive the business’s product initiatives.

Product Evangelism/Advocacy: In the course of his interactions with the consumers, the Head of Product & Brand also plays the role of product advocate; you will advertise the value, usability, and benefits of the product to the consumers. In addition to this, you will push and lead various internal product campaigns at various stages in the product’s lifecycle that are geared towards the product’s message, demand generation, consumer retention, internal communication of strategies, and so forth.

Requirements:

Education: The suitable candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, or a similarly related field. Working experience of the equivalent position would also be acceptable.

Experience: Ideally, you will have had at least 5 years of practical experience as a Senior level. In addition, you will have experience performing tasks related to marketing, sales, or any other marketing-related functions. You will also have a proven and successful track record in direct strategic and tactical product development activities such as product launches.

Communication Skills: This is a highly interactive and collaborative role. You will be required to interact and make regular presentations to the Directors, Investors, business stakeholders, other team members, and external partners.

You will need to possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills in order to be able to translate complex marketing and investment concepts in terms that these diverse audiences can understand and relate to.

Leadership Skills: You will need to demonstrate confidence in yourself and in others, an ability to inspire others to constantly improve and sharpen their performance and skills, and an ability to keep his team calm and composed during times of uncertainty or immense pressure.

Analytical Skills: You will also need to have proven analytical skills. You will need to have ability to implement and monitor marketing programs. You will need to be able to develop market research programs, develop high-value marketing tools, set and monitor key marketing metrics, drive sales and partnership enablement,and identify customer and market needs.

Software: You will need to make regular presentations and deliver reports to the Directors, Investors, business stakeholders, team members, and external partners. For effective delivery and conveyance of the information in these reports and presentations, you will need to deliver high-quality visually and verbally engaging presentations. As such, a candidate will need to be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop computer softwares.

Ms Office: You must be proficient in Ms Word and the Ms Excel analytical tools. You’ll need expertise in the use of PowerPoint in order to create engaging content for reports and presentations.

Interpersonal/People Skills: To facilitate smooth, efficient, and, effective performance of duties and functions you will need to possess strong and excellent interpersonal skills; for example, impeccable problem solving skills and an ability to work and motivate others in a group/team setting.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Devlope and execute digital marketing campaigns including opportunity evaluation, asset delivery, monitoring campaign performance, and updating reports
Involved in campaign set up, insertion order creation, campaign optimization, creative briefs, delivery fulfillment, and billing
Focus will be on campaigns for online, CPC, social, influencer, video, radio, and podcasts
(though not exclusive of other media channels)
Pull, analyze, and report daily data across all acquisition marketing channels
Assist in the facilitation and reporting of competitive data
Aid in the development of presentations and updates to management
Assist in research for new marketing opportunities and tools
Staying up to date with current marketing, media, and social trends and news
Coordinate with the team to communicate acquisition needs
Manage and own process of developing new acquisition partners
Oversee monthly spend accruals for Finance/Accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or Data/Analytics
1-2 year(s) work experience preferred
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Knowledge of media metrics preferred (CPM, CPV, CPC, CTR, GRP, Reach / Frequency, etc)

Customer Aquisition & Relationship Manager 

ROLE SUMMARY:
The CRM manager will lead the development, implementation, & execution of a best in class member experience across critical communication contact points in the customer’ lifecycle. This experienced, agile, & innovative individual will lead a team of direct reports as well as a group of cross-functional counterparts towards a common objective of building the best experience to deliver more LTV. This role reports directly to the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact Strategy: Help identify, test, implement and govern the optimal contact strategy to help determine “who gets what, when and how” in order to maximize customer LTV. Continually help define & refine behavioral customer segmentation and optimize for each outbound contact channel (email, direct mail, in-box). Design the optimal contact strategy based on research, insights & marketing analytics & partner across departments to deliver on personalized experiences across channels

Customer Segmentation: Develop a best in class customer segmentation model to serve as the foundation for the member contact strategy. Utilise Data Science & Analytics  to leverage data across multiple sources including demographics, third party data, behavioral data, acquisition source, historical purchases, and platform engagement to help inform & strengthen the model. Utilize segmentation to predict LTV & to build differentiated contact strategies to maximize member LTV

Retention, Cross Sell & Upsell: Gather data & insights to best understand customer segment behaviors & drivers of churn, product adoption, frequency management, & subscription usage. Develop, test, implement, & measure cross channel campaigns aiming to grow customer loyalty, golf equipment product adoption, golf ball plan upgrades, & plan frequency management in order deliver LTV & company revenue goals

Data & Analytics: Build analytics ecosystem to enable smarter decision making across contact strategy & to enhance customer experience through one to one messaging. Establish a predictive & actionable recommendation engine to fuel personalization across email, in-box, & mobile channels. Partner with Data Science & Strategic Analytics by providing timely, relevant, & predictive insights—derived from data—to facilitate improved enterprise-wide decision-making

Tools & Capabilities: Adopt & implement best in class tools across the CRM landscape to enable the desired customer experience. Constantly evaluate future business needs & build product/capabilities roadmap cross functionally & externally to ensure it’s delivered. Build training & mentorship programming to ensure the CRM team’s capabilities improve & evolve

Organizational Leadership: Establish a vision and action plan, and then lead cross-functional team towards it. Build strong relationships and partnerships across departments (R&D, product management, QA, design, & UX). Create strong team communication & operating rhythms to ensure proper alignment across departments & to enable seamless execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

CRM/Loyalty Experience: Have built & executed a comprehensive multi-channel (both online & offline) CRM program leveraging data, predictive modeling, segmentation, & automation
E-Commerce: Ideally have recent experience doing CRM for an e-commerce outlet (selling products/services) as a pure player or as a part of an omni-channel strategy
Subscription Based: Experience leading CRM in recurring revenue based business model
Organizational/Team Leadership: Experience building functional team & leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, design, & UX

Front End Web Developer – FILLED (You just missed it! Sorry about that, keep in touch we’re adding to the team all the time) 

OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for creative web engineer to help us develop the lynchpin of our platform. Our web tier powers our consumer-facing website, desktop and mobile versions, and internal dashboards and tools. It integrates with subscription billing & fulfilment systems, and is our face to the Internet. Currently built primarily on WordPress, we’re improving, optimising and completely re-building from scratch. You will build new features and help scale the platform to support our rapidly growing customer base. You will also develop and implement a marketing automation system.

Requirements:

Working Knowledge of MVC frameworks
