Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my order?

We ship our orders with AnPost or by Air Freight with DHL Express.

These guys are good, they ship just about any where in the world and you have a choice of services.

– Standard Air usually takes 2-3 working days.

Express Air delivered the following working day, often before 12am

Once your order has been transferred to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and the DHL tracking code. You can then track your order via dhl.com

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change that shipping address for you. Just send us a message with your invoice number and the correct address to help@seedgolf.com

Which ball should I use?

We’ve listed comparable ball models from other manufacturers on each product listing. Simple speaking, this is what you’ll need:
– Distance Ball (i.e Brick): Seed SD-15
– Tour Quality PRO Ball : Seed SD-01
– Soft Feel PRO Ball : Seed SD-05

We’ve made the SD-01 so all golfers can easily afford to use a tour quality ball. Regardless of your ability or handicap, you’ll benefit from the distance, feel and spin control of the SD-01. If you prefer the distance ball, go with the SD-15.If you want a really soft feel, go with the SD-05.

Can I customize my order?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. Our customisation service should be available before Christmas.

Larger corporate orders (order amount over 50 dozen/600 balls) can be serviced via our factory, taking around 45-60 days.

Can I order a sleeve of three?

No. Our balls are packaged in dozen boxes and priced accordingly. Shipping 3’s on a regular basis would add to logistics and increase the price.

Can I order more than one dozen at a time?

Yes. You can adjust the quantity in the Members area, or just let us know which month you like to increase and we’ll take care of that for you
