Digital Marketing Coordinator
Devlope and execute digital marketing campaigns including opportunity evaluation, asset delivery, monitoring campaign performance, and updating reports
Involved in campaign set up, insertion order creation, campaign optimization, creative briefs, delivery fulfillment, and billing
Focus will be on campaigns for online, CPC, social, influencer, video, radio, and podcasts
(though not exclusive of other media channels)
Pull, analyze, and report daily data across all acquisition marketing channels
Assist in the facilitation and reporting of competitive data
Aid in the development of presentations and updates to management
Assist in research for new marketing opportunities and tools
Staying up to date with current marketing, media, and social trends and news
Coordinate with the team to communicate acquisition needs
Manage and own process of developing new acquisition partners
Oversee monthly spend accruals for Finance/Accounts
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or Data/Analytics
1-2 year(s) work experience preferred
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Knowledge of media metrics preferred (CPM, CPV, CPC, CTR, GRP, Reach / Frequency, etc)
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented but still be an excellent team player with a strong level of service
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives

Customer Aquisition & Relationship Manager
The CRM manager will lead the development, implementation, & execution of a best in class member experience across critical communication contact points in the customer’ lifecycle. This experienced, agile, & innovative individual will lead a team of direct reports as well as a group of cross-functional counterparts towards a common objective of building the best experience to deliver more LTV. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Contact Strategy: Help identify, test, implement and govern the optimal contact strategy to help determine “who gets what, when and how” in order to maximize customer LTV. Continually help define & refine behavioral customer segmentation and optimize for each outbound contact channel (email, direct mail, in-box). Design the optimal contact strategy based on research, insights & marketing analytics & partner across departments to deliver on personalized experiences across channels
Customer Segmentation: Develop a best in class customer segmentation model to serve as the foundation for the member contact strategy. Utilise Data Science & Analytics to leverage data across multiple sources including demographics, third party data, behavioral data, acquisition source, historical purchases, and platform engagement to help inform & strengthen the model. Utilize segmentation to predict LTV & to build differentiated contact strategies to maximize member LTV
Retention, Cross Sell & Upsell: Gather data & insights to best understand customer segment behaviors & drivers of churn, product adoption, frequency management, & subscription usage. Develop, test, implement, & measure cross channel campaigns aiming to grow customer loyalty, golf equipment product adoption, golf ball plan upgrades, & plan frequency management in order deliver LTV & company revenue goals
Data & Analytics: Build analytics ecosystem to enable smarter decision making across contact strategy & to enhance customer experience through one to one messaging. Establish a predictive & actionable recommendation engine to fuel personalization across email, in-box, & mobile channels. Partner with Data Science & Strategic Analytics by providing timely, relevant, & predictive insights—derived from data—to facilitate improved enterprise-wide decision-making
Tools & Capabilities: Adopt & implement best in class tools across the CRM landscape to enable the desired customer experience. Constantly evaluate future business needs & build product/capabilities roadmap cross functionally & externally to ensure it’s delivered. Build training & mentorship programming to ensure the CRM team’s capabilities improve & evolve
Organizational Leadership: Establish a vision and action plan, and then lead cross-functional team towards it. Build strong relationships and partnerships across departments (R&D, product management, QA, design, & UX). Create strong team communication & operating rhythms to ensure proper alignment across departments & to enable seamless execution
CRM/Loyalty Experience: Have built & executed a comprehensive multi-channel (both online & offline) CRM program leveraging data, predictive modeling, segmentation, & automation
E-Commerce: Ideally have recent experience doing CRM for an e-commerce outlet (selling products/services) as a pure player or as a part of an omni-channel strategy
Subscription Based: Experience leading CRM in recurring revenue based business model
Organizational/Team Leadership: Experience building functional team & leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, design, & UX
Entrepreneurial: Thrives in agile environment & able creatively problem solve without extensive infrastructure, guidelines, & processes
Part Time Web Developer & SEO Optimiser
We’re looking for creative engineer to help us develop the lynchpin of our platform. Our web tier powers our consumer-facing website, desktop and mobile versions, and internal dashboards and tools. It integrates with subscription billing & fulfillment systems, and is our face to the Internet. Built primarily on WordPress, we’re open and try to pick the right technology for the domain. As a software engineer, you will build new features and help scale the platform to support our rapidly growing customer base. You will also develop and implement a marketing automation system.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Self-motivation: You need to be a self-starter who loves to proactively use technology to solve the problem at hand.
A fast learner: We are not looking for specific ‘online golf retail’ experience – just the willingness and sufficient experience in WordPress to pick it up fast.
An eager collaborator: We work as a small team and expect engineers to actively chart the course of a project in quick iterations.
Proficiency in WordPress and SEO management.
A good test-writer and a fan of TDD.
Prior experience with subscription e-commerce is a big plus.
Experience building an API application is also a big plus.
